A Christmas Gingerbread Kitchen 2023

- Please join me while I decorate my kitchen for Christmas. The theme this year is gingerbread. I will place gingerbread houses in beautiful glass jars to create a snow globe effect. The tree gets decorated with cutting board, rolling pin and gingerbread cookie ornaments. The whole kitchen sparkles with red and white stripes and a very special cookie jar. Christmas is definitely in the air in this kitchen!

BEAUTIFULLLLLLLL!!!! so many terrific ideas. I borrowed your decor of putting the gingerbread house on the island. Instated of a wreath, I use a box that had merry xmas written in red glittered paint. I then use floral foam to elevate the house and done!. The candy idea I'm also using ribbon candy in apothecary jars, after the holiday I stored them in their original box and save for the next time.

Hi friend in Walmart they sell small curtain rods for those types of window in doors they are metalllic rods

Thank you so much for watching, the gingerbread houses came from At Home, I think everything else I’ve had for years. I get a lot of my things from thrift stores, estate sales, antique stores and of course my mom’s things that she left me. If I had any advice it would be to go on a hunt for similar items. The hunting is so much fun🌲and Merry Christmas 🎄

I got it in a florist surplus store near Lancaster, Pa. I don’t think they are a chain store and you have to have a florist tax number to shop there. My sister and I had a friend who got us in. It was probably about 15 years ago. We walked in this place and they had a pile of them in boxes for ten dollars. I called a few friends to see who wanted one. I left there with 5 of them for myself and a few friends. It was great find. I always say you never know what you will run into, but enjoy the hunt!!!!
