the gameplay is still miles ahead of fifa, but they have to apply a couple of extremely simple fixes:
1. net animations (this is unacceptable)
2. ball sound (the existing sound is way too strong)
and few additional simple things like that to dramatically improve the whole experience.
last time i played pes (maybe 2 years ago) the servers were awful. every game was lagging and there was no one playing (the match wait time was like 10 minutes).
I really hope konami goes back into the business of developing pes/efootball because fifa is a toxic trash arcade game with unacceptable gameplay. we need pes like never before. the impression is at the moment konami is putting a minimum effort into this game.
The gameplay is simply terrible, It still amazes to this day how so many people like you are telling that PES is better but.. This game just simply deprives us from enjoying all the benefits of having every team licenced in FIFA. Simply a terrible game which has no reason to exist anymore since they are not in their competitors level since 2011

You picked a bad year to try eFootball if 2 yrs ago was your first time playing it...play this years eFootball and tell me what you think...and if you play on ps5 or pc you can find eFootball patches that not only gives you real club names,real player names,real club emblems and stadiums and leagues but many of they fix the same exact issues that you just mentioned...all you need is a usb stick and go on google and type in eFootball 2024 ps5 patch and youll have 100s of options..some even make the graphics better and gameplay just a little faster..others even have real life club chants and many other things.

PES is always ultra realism experience in football gaming industry. 90% football match (gameplay) and 5% graphics 5% other features matters!

yeah, its crazy what they did. completely crazy. pes 2021 was better than efootball in many ways. never in the history of gaming has anyone destroyed its own franchise with a single move like they did. i mean i understand the move was necessary, but the cost this game paid is just too high. their unreal game looks and sounds like shit, while pes 2021 was and still is arguably the best football game ever made.

it is not even close to pes 2021, lets face it PES is DEAD. Ef 24 is a mobile game and can never catch the realism and gameplay of pes 2020/2021 as well as the offline mods. this year i will continue again with football life 2023 on PC.

They finally fixed some issues with the online play, it was horrible very slow and reactions where terrible. Its better now, but the game needs perfecting, the passing, shooting and defending need improvement players don't always respond to commands and that can ruin a wonderful game! This game could be magnificent if they just fixed these issues from the start!!!

playing AI on legendary and you'll see how AI will cheat it will manmark every player you have and it will deliberately delay and redirect your passes when it matters plus AI will kick u out off the field with the ref calling F all. its like playing Barcelona and Real in the champions league😂
your team will not press nor will they track back. AI will cancel your commands of action so when you do it again its players have figured out your play. don't get me started on AI pass response and accuracy as well as their speed and stamina. Efootball knows what its doing and unfortunately it has taking the joy out of it. Efootball has become a gambling Game so be careful and dont spend your money on it
FIFA is P*****g me off on PC, so giving this a go. I used to play PES on the Xbox years ago and loved it, it was only the licencing that FIFA had that took me away

I also recommend the duel camera ... for frontal tackling, hold down L2 plus X, for side only square or circle (depends how set the controller) ..L2 is also used to protect the ball, short (flick) or long (hold down longer), but it depends on the situation, the shape and the physique of the smooth player at that moment ... Every match is different, in the sense good or not so good, each phase can feel unique .... Ex arcade ping pong fifa player comment " in the beginning pes feels sluggish, but once you get used with it reaching its substance, it shits all over fifa in terms of gameplay

The most make me frustration is, the inaccurate mistake common of passing. When i want give ball to the front, but it go to the left or to the right. Or if i want give the ball to the left, but the ball go to the front or to the right, vice versa. How they make this game is like so idiot.
