144. (முஹம்மதே!) உம்முடைய முகம் வானத்தை நோக்கி அடிக்கடி திரும்புவதைக் காண்கிறோம். எனவே நீர் விரும்புகிற கிப்லாவை நோக்கி உம்மைத் திருப்புகிறோம். எனவே உமது முகத்தை மஸ்ஜிதுல் ஹராமின் திசையில் திருப்புவீராக! நீங்கள் எங்கே இருந்தாலும் உங்கள் முகங்களை அதன் திசையிலேயே திருப்பிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்! "இதுவே தமது இறைவனிடமிருந்து வந்த உண்மை' என்று வேதம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டோர்27 அறிவார்கள். அவர்கள் செய்பவற்றை அல்லாஹ் கவனிக்காதவனாக இல்லை.
