    This is not the "Biggest East Anglian Derby ever" - depending on who you'll support you'll say Texaco Cup final, Milk Cup semi final, or possibly the playoffs a few years ago.

    I'm fairly certain Justin only says these things to infuriate Ryan and it's hilarious 😂

    I don't think anyone in East Anglia is offended by the label "Old Farm derby" - it's a nice twist on what is certainly the biggest derby in the UK, forget Manchester, Liverpool, London, the Old Firm derby is THE one. So to use this play on words is actually quite complimentary. And it shows that geographical distance is irrelevant - the Old Farm derby is a spicy encounter by anyone's standards. Can't wait.

      It's that or just trying to be like talksport and say stupid stuff to try and be controversial and gain views.

    Basically, you dont want to score first against Ipswich. When we go 1-0 up thats when problems arise.

    The east Anglian derby isn't the most fierce or biggest, but I think due to the geography of Norfolk Vs Suffolk, the only professional clubs in these counties, and the only rivals they have due to how remote they are, it's big for us.

    I just want all the Norwich fans under the age of 20 to see their true superior neighbours back to where they belong. ABOVE THEM AND USUALLY WINNING.

    A retired respected referee said in an interview that the 1990s derby he reffed at Carrow Road, was the most intimidating atmosphere he'd reffed in ( and he was a top ref for years ) because the atmosphere was like a boxing match. That said, the Norfolk/Suffolk folks are pretty laid back outside of a derby and it rarely spills over into stupidity and is mostly just highly competitive local banter.

      I've heard a few refs say the same. They were shocked at how heated the fans were etc.

    • @ramadamming8498
      @ramadamming8498 Před měsícem

      @@Lolodewednesday Yes PAL - I am just repeating what a a ref said, you can view the interview online, PAL. Fact is, it is like that and so what? However, the Anglian bark is usually worse than the bite, so it is, outside of the games, one of the more friendly derbies as it is 'Anglia' - and folk are a bit more take things with a pinch of salt and laid back, unlike some of the mental degenerates in Yorkshire and the Midlands, Anglia derbies rarely have trouble or violence, PAL ( or BOR as we say in Norfolk, BOR )>

    • @ramadamming8498
      @ramadamming8498 Před měsícem

      @@STST I think so, though it is still a pretty easy going trouble free, freindly, cross border thing, as Norfolk and Suffollk, same folks and you get the intensity but not the moron behaviour and violence at some Midlands derbies for example. Also, the take banter with a pinch of salt ( without losing the plot ) and an Anglian laid back sense of humour, helps still keep it family friendly :-)

    Justin talking absolute tripe on manager of the year. QPR were six points off safety when Cifuentes went in - he makes it sound like they were 20 points off! He’s done a good job but as even Ryan said at the start of the season, QPR have a squad of players good enough to stay up but the problem was Ainsworth - so Cifuentes has got them back performing at the level they should on paper. How that earns manager of the year over McKenna is pungent inedible tripe of the worst order

    Sadly I couldn’t stomach more than 5 mins. Peach makes it unwatchable. On what planet is Cifuentes doing a better job than McKenna? A couple of weeks ago, it was Danny Rohl who was doing a better job than McKenna. Next week it will prob be John Eustace or Gary Rowett. Here’s what I think: Justin’s Mum would do a better job than Peach.
