How To... Mirror alignment.

- Trying to make a dreaded task a bit easier for you. This is how we do our alignment and we hope it helps simplify the process for you. While the video is long, this really only takes us about 10 mins or less.

OMG!! Where was this video when I was trying to figure out how to align my laser? LOL It took over a week, several hours a day, multiple you tube videos, and a lot of of swearing to finally get it thru my old head! Wow this has to be the BEST video on laser alignment out there to date. Kudos to you sir, very well done! I will recommend this video to anyone/everyone having problems aligning their laser.

Slightly off centre is better than dead centre, this allows you to rotate the mirror if it gets burnt. The main thing is that it hits the same spot on mirror 3 all over your bed.
I wish I had a red dot on my laser lol a damn sight easier.

This Combining Lense Setup for the visual Laser is great 👍🏼 can i buy it somewere seperare? Because my Visual Laser is just screwed to the nozzle and not alines with the true laser. Thanks

Trying to get my laser aligned. I aligned the red dot and beam perfectly to mirror 2. When I pulse the beam to the third mirror, the laser pointer is center but the beam fires about 2 mm higher than the pointer.
How can I correct that?
you have to move your pointer typically. this is not a one mirror adjustment.. you have to fine tune along the way
Has anyone seen an aftermarket upgrade that would allow you to add the red pointer as shown in this video to a "Chinese" 100W laser?
You’ll need the pointer and combiner lens
I think they make a kit. Check cloudray you may have to change out mirror 1 and it’s holder
How to maintain the belt?
Good job. But not everyone has a red dot pointer. Be nice to have a video without the red dot.
