Hi I had a fall at work .
My I was put on partial comp and then upgraded to full disablility with no work , following this I was discharged and told to go back to work . I went to the ER the following day that the comp clinic originally referred me to . The first time I went to the ER I was discharged with no findings but I was told that if the symptoms persist to come back . So the day after I was discharged I went back to the er , and they decided to give me an mri . I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis with a lumbar herniation l5-l3 I believe . I went back to the comp clinic and showed them the findings and they put me back onto full disability no work of any kind . It has been almost 4 months and I have not received any check nor have I been scheduled for a orthopedic even though the comp clinic referred me to see one .
What would you say if I settled my case could be worth ?

Don’t settle take those findings to an experienced lawyers who deal with pain and suffering and loss of normal life
What are the odds at trial if they offering a settlement ?
