Officially the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina. The city is located on the western shore of the Río de la Plata, on South America's southeastern coast. "Buenos Aires" can be translated as "fair winds" or "good airs",
It is known for its preserved eclectic European architecture and rich cultural life. It is a multicultural city that is home to multiple ethnic and religious groups, contributing to its culture as well as to the dialect spoken in the city and in some other parts of the country. This is because since the 19th century, the city, and the country in general, has been a major recipient of millions of immigrants from all over the world, making it a melting pot where several ethnic groups live together. Buenos Aires is considered one of the most diverse cities of South America.

Art Decó, Noveau, romano, francés, gótico y moderno .. barrios como Belgrano R con su estilo inglés .. museos,. Librerías,. Teatros y centros culturales

The data about the inhabitants it's not ok... (it's not fully wrong but it can be confusing)...
First we've got to know the difference between CABA (which means Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) and AMBA or Greater Buenos Aires (which means Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires). CABA is a jurisdiction where near 3 million people lives, but AMBA is an area in the province of Buenos Aires that surrounds CABA. Together they have a population of almost 15 million people.
In the video it is said that Buenos Aires has only 3 million people, which its correct if we only count CABA's population; But then it is said that in Buenos Aires one third of Argentina's population lives, which is correct if we count AMBA's population.
Imagine if someone who doesn't know Argentina watch the video, they would think that if Buenos Aires has 3 million people and thats one third of the entire country's population, Argentina has 9 million people, which is completely wrong because the country's population is 46 million. So next time be carefull not confusing a jurisdiction which can be a small part of a giant metro area.

CABA (la cual tiene más de 3 millones de habitantes), GBA (con casi 11 millones)) y el AMBA (14 millones de personas), no son lo mismo; el Gran Buenos Aires, es el que rodea a la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires; y el Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, es la combinación de CABA y GBA (Gran Buenos Aires)...
