- Playthrough with Norimaro and Wolverine. Another really great port which sadly stayed in Japan. This is the best console version of Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter. As with the Saturn port of this previous game, this requires the 4-meg RAM cartridge to run.

X-Men vs. Street Fighter and MarvelSuperheroes vs. Street Fighter will be available for playing on September 6, 2024'srelease of Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection on Nintendo Switch, Sony Playstation 4 and PC but not Microsoft XBOX Series X because Capcom doesn't wait to pay mknry to have this game shipped to their console ports. So something will hopefully be done about that in the future.
Favorite arcade game. Shit I remember going to the laundromat every day after school just to play this.
for me this is the best Marvel vs Capcom game, the roster, announcer and OST gives the edge! this game features original soundtrack for SF chars which make the game more great, good played man

While Sakura is my go to, Norimaro is pretty good. Gotta love that Ultra variety private memories special.
Dan and Sakura is my main team. Teacher and Student! Norimaro and Dan is good too, as well as Akuma and Wolverine is a good team for me too. #BestFriends

I could not wait for this game to be released in the Saturn. I dreamed of this game for so long. Drooled over the arcade unit. When it was finally released in Japan, and I purchased an import copy, I was pretty disappointed.

Don't forget that Cyber Akuma was/is also playable.
The Sega Saturn version was so superior to the PlayStation one version SERIOUSLY! I paid $150 for the import version of this game in 1998 and it was so worth it to have an arcade perfect version of thus classic game.

They should have put Vindicator (Heather McNeil Hudson) as a playable character in Norimaro's spot on the North American version of Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter.
Yes the Playstation version has and infernal load of times but it has extra modes and apocalypse is playable

I still have my copy of this game. I bought it back in 98. The stkey stopped working for my Saturn so I cant play it anymore.
***** I had the same situation with my STKey, my Saturn would freeze every time I tried using it. But I found out that it still works with the Action Replay 4 in 1 cart.

How did you fight Mecha Zangief and Bison? Is that on the arcade version or just this version?
There are several hidden characters in the game, you can get one of them to challenge you in a playthrough by meeting certain requirements. They're in the arcade version

Why is the difficulty on 2 / 8. These matches are very one sided.
That's the game's default setting, which is what I usually play on.
***** You can play on four stars. The difficulty stays the sames until you get to stage 5. That's when everyone will try to wail on you to the end.
