I think Enclosure is the part that is always difficult the most when doing DIY. So in this build, I made it using more manageable rubber materials. And ESC used TENKA. I will ride and Inform the durability of the new enclosure and the feeling of using TENKA. First of all, I was very satisfied with this build :) massivestator.com/

Very fine craftsmanship. I think the wheels and bushings and orange zip ties don't match well. Need white or black wheels. White bushings and white or black zip ties.

Dear Kamin Juin, very nice built, as always. A quick question - have you ever had a situation where AT wheels vibrate at speeds of around 30 kmh+? If yes, how did you solve this?
That sounds like resonance through the board. Either that or you will need to balance the wheels. Just like on a car or motorbike, at certain speeds you start to get vibrations and the best way to remove them is by using small weights glued to the inside of the wheel.

I have to take out the battery every time I charge it. That's why I hesitated to decide between the two. I wouldn't recommend this battery setting if you were going to build only one board. If someone wants to have multiple boards, I think it would be nice to have one in this simple way. Thanks :)

I have a DIY electric longboard i made and i have a problem. So i have programmed the VESC to spinn the motor the right way, but after i let the board rest or turn it of and on the motors spinn backwards when i move the throttle forword. Does anyone know what the problem is?

im having a weird issue. my tenka turns on when i plug it in automatically, but if i turn it off it has to be unplugged n replugged to turn on by itself again and cant be turned on through the button, this is my first time even turning it on i just soldered xt90s to it for my battery
I have experienced a similar problem with other ESCs. So the solution I used was to install an anti-spark switch between the battery and the ESC.
I think it's common to have problems with the switch not working properly. Check this out if you need it.

@@KAMiJUINs someone else said it was likely the switch and to check by unugging the wires and making a circuit. Haven't done so yet, an antispark would fix this then? Awesome

First of all, look up DIY videos a lot. which deck you want, which drivetrain, the battery set-up method, and ESC... The more you learn, the more you can build without regret. Thanks :)
How many dollars does it cost to build one like it?
I don't know for sure.(Maybe about $1200) it's not cheap. Of course, the performance is good enough.
Do you make a version where the wappens match the wheels?

@@KAMiJUINs keep up the great work. pressure fitting the rubber box w/ gasket - very slick - between the hex spacers. Fun to see you use new materials and evolve your techniques. those hex inserts can be tricky
Where did you order the front trucks of evolve?
I bought it from a Korean(evolve) distributor a long time ago. Maybe... should look for a replacement product now.
