As a Russian(not Dagestani though) I believe Vietnamese cuisine is hella good, Pho is one of my favourites.
I'm Russian(from Moscow) and in this summer I tasted Vietnamese cuisine and I reallt liked. Pho is one of my favourites too, I like that it has a taste of a russian bathhouse(Deciduous brooms) or burnt wood, looks interesting, the only downside is that it is very spicy.
He's actually talking about the insect eating though, like Chinese.

I'm from India , i have visited East Russia and I saw what poverty is like there, so I guess Russians shouldn't give knowledge on Poverty in India. Better help your people out there first. In India no one eats curry like every time , prejudice is understandable but not the ignorance of the facts, there are more interesting things to eat. Just like there are more things to try than "vodka" in Russia. FYI: India ranks 5th in World cuisine ranking conducted by TasteAtlas 2022, Russia is nowhere in the top 50 .
