Thanks for the PDF! That one step of pressing the “+” after “SET” to switch it to 12h is what was missing from the video. Why IKEA didn’t include those instructions vs the big sheet telling us how to dispose of the clock is a wonder to me 🤔

Thank you very much. I don't have the clock yet but I'm not understanding how to activate the snooze alarm. I don't understand the icons in their pdf. What does an "i" with a circle around it mean and what does the little stop sign indicate? If pressing the "+" button while the alarm is ringing activates the snooze alarm in 2 minutes then how does one turn the alarm off? Using the "set" button? The pdf with just symbols on it, in particular the very last row of instructions is really confusing.

I watched the video AND read the PDF, but still couldn't get it off 24hr time. The instructions (seem to) say to hold down both buttons for 3 sec to get that option. But I did it multiple times and it never worked. The only thing that did work, was taking the battery out and starting over.
