@@alpinecricketer yes unfortunately it finished around a month ago. My team lost the semi finals but I was the MVP for my team and leauge & club leading run scorer..

can a indian club player play for county or clubs in england?
We have a couple guys from India play for our Sunday side from time to time yes :) I don't know about county, depending on the standard of the Indian player that could be a question of opportunity or if the BCCI would approve it.
