In terms of Jackson Arnold as you watch his highschool film he was masterful at running his offensive scheme and he was a charismatic leader on the field. As at OU quarterback I am buying his stock. Jackson Arnold just needs to calm down and allow his offense to unfold for him, he will be fine.
I think Bill Bedenbaugh will have the offensive line figured out by the tennessee game. And all JA has to do is manage the game early on. The skilled positions are loaded, and JA just needs to distribute the ball. Later in the season, he will really start to shine, and it will be apparent why he was rated so high coming out of high school.

Enough has been said, if Bill Bedenbaugh has become a player in the NIL game he will be fine as long as he recognizes it is going to be competitive, so compete to be Oklahoma. However, the offensive line is not just technique, I would love more nasty and angrily playing with physicality in the offense line. BOOMER SOONER 4 LIFE

Bama, UGA, tOSU, UM all get elite OL croots. We were expecting Rogers to be the guy out of the 3/4 top OTs. The discrepancy between expectations built by insiders and results are what causes the consternation. Gabe's weekly review of the OL is another reason why I am always down on BB's development.
Y’all said it well!! Bedenbaugh hate train😂 that’s funny, but true. I definitely think that BB is awesome. I personally have no worries as a fan. He’s not making his money for being pretty😂 His past speaks for itself.

I don't know have you ever watched a bare back bronc rider. I don't know anything that looks more painfull than that in sports. Maybe it's not bare back, but it's the one where they hold the saddle like handle not the rope to the bridle.

It confuses me how Gabe always says BB is the best OL coach in the country, but every game he talks about how bad the OL plays. Lol

I always find it funny how a lot of fans will see pics of our players and say stuff like, "Man, they've really packed on the muscle since last season."
Meanwhile, you probably don't really notice much of a difference, and could probably go look at their weight and probably see that it hasn't really changed. Biased fans just building it up in their heads a lot of the time. Lol
If you're comparing it to when they were a freshman, then I'd probably agree with you in most cases. Sometimes they look like string beans coming in as a freshman.
