Habe mir den Neo vor einer Woche gekauft, an sich ein Top Rucksack und gut durchdacht. Das erste mal auf gehabt und ich muss leider sagen das es der unbequemste Rucksack ist den ich je auf hatte. Die blauen Gummi Pads reiben bei der fahrt, trotz T-shirt, am Rücken die Haut auf, wodurch man die ganze Zeit das Gefühl hat den Rucksack abziehen zu wollen. 200€ habe ich bezahlt und nach einer Fahrt kann ich sagen dass der Rucksack für mich unbrauchbar ist. Sehr schade, habe leider die Rezensionen im Internet, die meine Erfahrungen ebenfalls bestätigen zu spät bzw. nicht durchgelesen. Könnt ihr bei Evoc mir evtl. sagen wie ich mein Problem in den Griff bekomme? Vielen Dank.

Hi Mathias, thanks for your question. The NEO 16 doesn't have an attachment for pads underneath. You can put your stuff in the HELMET HOLDER, they should fit there very nicely! Kind Regards Your EVOC Team
Hey Rock God, thanks a lot for your very valid question. The answer is simple: You can’t really compare the two packs, despite the fact, that they are both protector backpacks. They offer completely different protection technologies, ventilation and carrying systems and are - needless to say - both great packs. The NEO 16 incorporates all the protection knowledge of 10 years of EVOC, has extras such as hidden seams or a height-adjustable hip belt, is made of a new material and has a different price point. Whenever possible, we recommend testing several models, depending on your use and budget, and choosing the one that works best for you.
If you're having one of our LITESHIELD protectors, also remove the protector for cleaning. Beware that this is not possible for the AIRSHIELD protector on the NEO 16. Wash your backpack with a sponge and a mild, soap-based detergent. Avoid using stain removers or washing your backpack or bag in a washing machine, as both could cause damage to the material or coating. After cleaning, the backpack must dry completely in air; don't use a drier or any other source of heat.

Hello there does the Neo have straps at the bottom to secure knee- and elbow pads to the outside? Or only the rain cover down there?
You can find the protection gear holder on our FR- and STAGE Backpacks. The NEO 16 has only the rain cover at the bottom.
@@EVOCSportsHQ I wonder why this feature was removed. I can still put pads in the helmet holder. But I love that it comes with a rain cover.

how to wash a my backpack ????
empty it out, put it in the sink wash it with water and gentle soap like hand soap.
