In medical school, students need to study only in English so NEET paper needs to be printed in English only. If the students who pass high school exam in different regional languages can't answer English papers, how will they study 4.5 years of medical books written in English and understand English lectures? Paper leak happens only inside the printing center or during the transportation of those printed paper.. Therefore, printing needs to be done outside of India like in Bharat's best friend Russia. Russian officials will deliver the bundles of paper to Russian consulate in India and from there Indian military need to distribute the paper in different exam centers. No other commoners should be involved. On the other hand, the NEET exam could be conducted as a computer-based test in government owned computer centers all over India. If America can do it, why can't India?
