Nickelback does sound good already. Just because people pretend to hate them even though no one actually has a real reason to doesn't mean you have to jump on the band wagon.
+wabash I hate them because their music is boring and generic . They try to roast bands like Slipknot even though Slipknot is so much better and if you take a look at some of the lyrics that Chad Kroger writes songs with you can tell really easily why people hate them. If you think that I posted that comment so that I could hate on Nickelback then think again. I don't need a reason to hate on them. If you think that people hate them because everybody else does, then you my friend, are either some diehard fanboy/girl or someone who doesn't want to hate them simply because you take no pleasure in joining in with the majority. Either way I feel bad for you and suggest that you take a look at how they became such a hated entity in the music industry. Look it up on CZcams. "How Nickelback became the most hated band in the music industry." Hopefully that will wake you up.
Some Songs of their older Albums are really good, "Shaking Hands" for example (the lyrics are quite good in that one too, critizises that whole Hollywood suck dick get rich thingy). also some other Songs from the Album Dark Horse, and from Silver Side up are nice. Its just that the boring generic ones always get more attention, cause they are the ones that get played on the radio.
You drum skills have greatly improved from the early videos. Nice job.

This song reminded me of junior high... which then reminded me of BBD's Poison. Seems like a lot of early 90s hits are getting done lately, and even though I don't care much for hip-hop, that song still makes me bob my head and smile.
This would translate very interestingly. To be a pedant, I think BBD is New Jack Swing instead of hip-hop, but still, what a genre to tap into.
