You should have Marcus do a vlog too while he is away, and put a few shots from him into every vlog. Like a small check-in or something, so we see what he's up to at the same time. He has become an integral part of the vlog, and even though you are the protagonist, it's the secondary characters that make it even more interesting from day to day.

He is home in Norway. Me andJanni fly to Monaco for a wedding on Saturday so we planned it this way. Working out a good schedule now so I get some alone time with Janni here and there and epic Vlogs with Marcus as well! 🙌🏼

We seem to share the same back problems :) i also get this sometimes when i go biking, the most annoying part is the jagging pain that makes you loose breath, and have a hard time talking...
I love to be in the water too, it's the most relaxing thing :-)

Hey Jon, looks like you are suffering from a Lumbar Lateral Shift caused by a disc problem. There are a couple simple exercises to correct the shift and speed up the healing process!

Sitting here in my bed with f^cked L4-L5 disk and sciatic pain... so I feel you...
Back pain is no fun man!
My advise: Let a chiropractisioner crack your L3-L4-L5 (for the twist in your lower back). And you should do stabilizer training for better stabilisation in your lower back (m. Transversus abdominus). Very important especially when you have lower back problems more often (+2 times a year). Also let a physical therapist massage (or better dry needling) your m. Erector spinae lumbal and m. Quadratus lumborum!
PS. Awesome vlogs, keep them coming!

Hi Jon, I have twisted my foot and have been sitting at home for the last 2 days and glad I came across your vlog. I have watched all of it and it's very inspiring. Thank you for your positivity and for showing the fun stuff you do. One note though is that I'm absolutely horrified at the fake foods you eat and drink all the time.. You live in the countries with the best cuisine of the whole world (Spain and France) so how come you eat processed food and drink artificially sweetened drinks all the time? There are tonnes of young kids watching the channel, you can do better than that! Please think about what you are promoting and also about your health, because at some point this WILL catch up. You are such a great person it looks like, wishing you the best and hoping to see some real nutritious food on the vlog for a change soon ! ;-). Take care. Daria

Try adding Himalayan salt to your water bottles during work out, it's a all natural pure way to replenish electrolytes! Try the roller to roll out spine/muscles it's like a free chirp/massage everyone loves the roller!
