I love the colours in the 2nd bedroom, really like the kitchen/diner and where the utility leads to the loo, so much better for if u have children with muddy feet they can take their feet off in utility room not walking them through the house ❤❤❤

Lovely home , lounge and hall a bit on the small side but upstairs is perfect , with exception to one thing....... No window in the ensuite !

So glad ypu are both back I love your vlogs. It gives you ideas for you own home how to decorate etc. I had to chuckle about the warm floor under heating. The house I grew up in which was built by a local builder 54 years ago had under floor heating 1970s, years later my parents changed to having radiators. How things come around again. The estate I lived on was I Sheffield and the builder all those years ago were called Drabble, they built fabulous houses.

Good to see you back at Redrow, l think the new house stock shows real quality and finish. The upstairs to this one is really well thought out. The downstairs wouldn't work for me on two points having to go through the lounge from outside to get to the kitchen. We have dogs, nightmare, when returning home from shopping,not practical . Mother's with buggies just wouldn't work , unusual for Redrow not to think of these things normally on point.

I love the fact that the windows don't have any screens. In America all windows have screens. We have a lot of bugs...Also ALL our homes have built in wardrobes. Some are walk in & others are as Big as a small room. We love our clothes collections..😂
Yes. Our homes in America are better than Uk ones in ways such as closets being standard and larger en-suite baths in the masters. Uk homes also don’t have sink vanities usually. We also have pantries which Uk houses don’t have. I couldn’t imagine living without those basic things! Also I have yet to see a Uk house with a bathroom that’s shared between multiple bedrooms that has more than one sink. Quite common in North America houses.
Plenty of UK homes have vanity units in the bathroom and many also have two sinks, known here as his and hers. Many homes also have pantries, especially older homes. Our older homes also have great character many being hundreds of years old. If Britain was as big as America maybe our homes would on average be bigger too.@@charlesrodriguez7984

Imagine building a new build in 2023 and you enter into the kitchen from the living room 😂 what on earth are they thinking. Such a shame as well because it was a nice house.
