Pray to god 🙏. He is our saviour and the star before they go away 😢😢
As earth awaits the coming of the Messiah again into our hearts.. my heart is filled with joyful expectation and Holy joy at his coming. Although it is November my heart leaps with joy as we await the one born in Bethlehem, Marys Boy. Thank you for your beautiful hymns!

The first Noel
1,
The first Noel
The Angel did says
Was to certain poor Shepherd's in
The in Fields as they lay
In Fields where they lay
Keeping their sheep 🐏
On a cold winter's night
was so deep
Noel, Noel Noel Noel
Born is the king of Israel
2,
They looked up And saw a Star
Shining in The East
beyond them far
And to the earth,
it gave great light
And so it continued both
Day and night
Noel, Noel Noel Noel
Born is the king of Israel
3,
And by The light
Of that same Star ✨
Three Wise men
came from country far
To seek for a king was their intent
And to follow the Star
Wherever it went
Noel, Noel Noel Noel
Born is the king of Israel
4,
This Star Drew nigh
to The Northwest
O'er Bethlehem it took it's rest
And there it did both and stay
Right over the place
where Jesus lay
Noel, Noel Noel Noel
Born is the king of Israel
Then entered In those
wise men Three
Full reverently upon the knee
Their gold, And myrrh,
And Frankincense
Noel, Noel Noel Noel
Born is the King of Israel
Then let us All with one accord
Sing praises to our heavenly Lord that hath made heaven
And earth of nought,
And with his blood our life hath bought
Noel, Noel Noel Noel
Born is the King of Israel
Shouldn't the spelling be' Noel' ?
Hi, Joy. 'Nowell' was a common spelling when this carol was written. (Note that the tune has the more modern spelling). 😊
The first Noel for some who did not care that others were raped where my husband
Sarah, this sounds awful. Our prayers go out to you. 🙏
