要比的話，房價應該還是香港貴吧...因為香港即使狗屎垃圾的舊房子每呎也要一萬以上，不論什麼房子。 但要是加上稅的話. 香港又望塵莫及了。
I grew up in that neighborhood. This 1 Manhattan Square was built on the lot of the old Pathmark (a chain of supermarkets). People were disappointed that the supermarket closed, as it was the only big grocery shop in that area.

As a Hong Konger I am not so impressed by the price of the apartment tho. At least it has a magnificent view. Hong Kong is ranked the world’s least affordable city for its housing for 9 consecutive years according to Bloomberg and that is crazy! We can get nothing near to this with 7mil dollars in Hong Kong.
