How to Use YouTube Shorts Green Screen Effect

- CZcams Shorts finally has a green screen effect. In this video, I'll show you how to use the green screen effect in Shorts and add a picture as your background.
This option is rolling out on iPhones and Androids inside the CZcams mobile app. Make sure to update your app to get this new update.
Open the CZcams mobile app and click the plus sign and click on CZcams shorts. Make sure to give it camera access. Choose your selfie camera and you should see yourself in the shot with a green background.
Select any images you see on the button to place them as your background.
And it's that simple to use the CZcams Shorts Green Screen effect.

Even after updating my CZcams app unfortunately it still doesn't have any of that
it might depend on the kind of phone you have. i have the xr and it doesn’t work on mine either.

Not working correctly on mine....when I try to add a pic it just shows black background
When I select a picture it keeps what would have been the picture in the background black and not the picture I selected got any advice or help?!?!

Tell me please, how does one add effects to YT Shorts, I often see YT 9:16 shorts that have one video at the bottom of screen and another at the top sort of 2 videos on one screen. Is it done before uploading or is there a template out there I'm not aware of?

Hello from the year 2024. How can I move the picture behind me when I do the green screen effect on CZcams shorts? You can also do this with videos, and put videos behind you, but I don't know how to move or zoom in and out the picture or video behind my face. Example, the picture is so zoomed in that the entire picture gets cropped out on the sides, making the picture not have the full frame, it's gets cropped out and is zoomed in. I want to zoom out the picture, to see the entire picture behind my body.

You can record what you want with one image, and then stop and switch to another image

Not sure exactly what’s going on but it can be a file size issue. I usually export the video to Dropbox or post it on Vimeo and share it that way and never have issues
