Seen the show dozens of times and at each one I have felt like crying when Rob and Sharon sing this. They were both crying on Saturday at the last London shows and delivered a stratospheric performance. Heartbroken the show has ended but God bless them and everyone involved n the show for giving so much pleasure to so many people.

I have watched Bat 8 times now and everytime that Rob and Sharon sing this, I start crying at I can still see a vision of you when Rob goes onto the floor. I don't know why but I do. Now my entire family knows why I carry a pack of tissues with me when I see the show.

For me this is the absolute supreme song amongst all the other superb songs. Rob and Sharon's portrayal of a married couple trying to recapture their lost youth and then splitting up followed by the ensuing angst are very real, even in the fantasy world of Obsidian. If you are a fan of Steinman's music go and listen to the amazing band and equally amazing singing. This show is great.

I have been a Steinmaniac since my teenage years in the 90s.An image of Jim from 1981 album adjorns my mobile case.I study Astrology , he was such a kind-hearted person with debilitated Venus in his chart. He hadnot felt romance the way he yearned.I remember distinctly 6 months before his passing that as I was standing in Athens metro , a young boy approached me with curiosity and asked me who this man on my case is." Is he a singer ? " No, I replied." He is a pianist".I believe he wanted to be remembered as such.

My husband is a Meat Loaf fan. I brought the tickets for us. I thought id find it "okay". As a vivid theatre goer i always said my favourite was phantom of the opera. But goodness. I nearly cried during a few parts of this musical. Stage work. Acting and talent was epic. I came out a raving fan. Am now addicted to the songs and wanted to book tickets to watch it the next day. If they bring this back to london in the future id def see it over and over

The others are For Crying Out Loud and Objects In The Rear View Mirror

Isn't it amazing how cruel and ugly people can be and are. They say hateful things, lie, cheat, steal and kill. We've been so desensitized by the these atrocities that we barely give these horrors a fleeting glance; but then it happens, a beam of sunlight through the crack of our consciousness when we hear the voices singing from the abyss of the "Fountain of Hope" and then it occurs to me...
