Gallagher is easily the best 4 star healer especially for Acheron. You need at least E2 tho. Because Gallagher will literally be immune to CC and will guarantee to sustain. If Lynx or any other healer gets CCd there is also no sustain for the team. Gallagher is insane people just dont realize it yet

Yeah they knew what they were doing putting him on Acheron's banner. Somehow took me getting E2 Acheron to pull 5 more copies on top of the free one from the event.

He's strong
Me to but ı didn't finish the build but he is to strong you can just put in some random stufs for you (just like video BE/BE or BE/OuTHE etc) and boom

Gallagher also has a ton of effect res. So you can equip him with broken keel (I think it's called) so he can give the team extra crit damage. And you can use the 4 star lightcone that has Luocha's face on it. It gives bonus healing based on effect res (which Gallagher has plenty of).
If you're satisfied with his healing, you can give him a 3 star abundance light Cone. I can't remember the name of it, but it makes Gallagher go faster when he uses basic attack or something like that. There's an eidolon or trace that makes it so when Gallagher uses basic attacks on an enemy in besotted state, it casts an AoE heal. So substituting the "outgoing healing boost" lightcones for something that makes him attack quicker (such as that 3 star lightcone) may be better - but it depends on how comfortable you feel using him with heals based on just his traces and relics (no lc).
The 3 star lightcone should be easy to find. It's the only abundance light Cone that mentions basic attack. I saw it mentioned in prydwen's relic build page for Gallagher as well.
its the multiplication LC. i consider it the best LC for luocha because luocha over heals anyway so might as well use multiplication to generate a ton of SP. should be good on gallagher actually so he functions as an SP generator as well. if going multiplication LC, i'd actually prioritize speed over break effect so hackerspace 2pc and break 2pc should be great. imagine 170+ speed gallagher doing basic after basic nonstop. even higher speed if paired with ruan mei, would be pretty dope.
but then again this is only good if the team requires alot of sp, otherwise i think a good 4 star lc with ER (like post op) would be better.
nice take on that light cone! I never thought of it I just gave him raw Break Eff. I'll go try it out. Altough I think that LC is capped at 15-20% whereas the Break Eff one gives 24% healing (converted)

Tbh I use the Gallagher Lc on him, and I know right that man has a fuck Ton of Effect Res
Also, i recommend the MoC LC S5 on gallagher for the huge break effect which simultanously increase healing so you can go for ER rope and use his ult way more often and heal your team even more
I want to switch to that, but I can't afford do have it yet. ERR rope + 145 spd it's the perfect combo for 2 turn ults

Gallagher is a really interesting sustainer! He plays really well with Acheron and teammates that have some form of aoe attacks. I just pulled welt so I’m going to try welt, Acheron, pela, and Gallagher. I got lucky and got him e5 while pulling acheron

So glad I came across this video, I was wondering what my Gallagher lacked and it's definitely that high level Trace which heals everyone. I missed it by not having the required level, but now I know I need it lol. Thank you, it was pretty well-explained :)

I decided to build after I looked into the numbers, he is my best healer...
My Lynx and Bailu have their own problems. Lynx as amazing debuff clearance but lacks good sustain whilst Bailu has amazing sustain but gets fucked by debuffs.
Gallagher heals triple of what my Bailu or Lynx heal with his skill, cleanses (E2) and with ultimate everyone self sustains... All while doing significant toughness damage to fire weakness enemies.
lmao easiest decision of my life was devoting my life to daddies.

@@maricatkiss I pulled for Acheron and in the process I got E6 Gallagher. I'm using a combo between my best Break Eff sub stats and Speed. for Planars I have Broken Keel with Break Eff rope. I'm currently sitting on 130% Break, 154 Speed and 116% energy regen (using Natasha L.C. for extra energy regen)
@@MisterMenPlays ı use 2 pc tiefh of shoting meteor 2 PC watch maker body out going heal boat SPD and hp cube break eff rope ı dont have a yet 2 PC good orlamanets for galagher And there is no relic for me to level up, all are 0 lvl except boot and hp cube. I use S1 WIR my galagher (E6 70 charecter lvl 70 lvl lc) 2.680 hp 109 SPD 96.6 break eff 5.5 out going heal 100 er 19.3 eff res (There is a bit of an energy shortage and healing is a bit low, maybe because Ascend6 ability doesn't have the yet)
So my ghallagher is fully built and he’s kinda crazy. I currently have him with 100% effect res, 170 break effect and like 130% outgoing healing and it’s honestly kinda rare for any of my units to drop into the the red lol

@@MisterMenPlaysya I have him at E6 which is the main reason why I can do this. Since the E6 gives 20 break effect I was able to switch my gear around so that I’m instead running messenger 2 piece with the outgoing healing two piece. This guy is speedy and heals like he’s an ER surgeon hooked to an I’ve full of coffee

5:17 Its funny that in this example you didn't do much emergency heal (unless it was for himself which is rare), Sam attacked anyways and gallagher just stayed in the same turn so just wasted a turn
I really like him, you can get the max 150 break for max heals (easier with E6) and 50% effect res with E1 is easy to get 100% and be untouchable (if you have his f2p signature lightcone that means he will never need to use skill on himself, for either hp or cleanse), plus he is going to be great for the future break meta, where everyone can deal damage stacking break

is E4/6 Ghallager better than Gepard with the burn LC for Acheron?
Depends on content, gepard will most likely be better though, especially e1 properly built gepard. U get 100% freeze base chance and 100% shield uptime + every hit/skill is a slashed dream point for acheron. But it is only that exaggerated if you use sparkle to cover the skill loss
Gepard is probably better for acherons damage with the trend of universal market lc, but I think gallagher will provide slightly more sustain in healing. I guess it depends on how strong your team is and how well built gepard/gallagher are and of course how comfortable you are with your team.

@@AloyImpact I just told you if you go above 150+ you won't get more healing power. You'll need to use outgoing healing body, light cone or relics set xddd. He heals quite good no? I like him

İf you have e6 galagher you can go 130 break eff (+%20 with E6) easy to get 150 break eff and you can focus on other stats
i got him on e2 but i got e1 acheron when i was trying to get e4 but i got pela too much and didn't even get e4 but e2 is still good

He's E2 for me with 145break and 47% outgoing healing was more than enough to solo sustain moc12. I'm trying to super sayan build him by the end of this week. I hope I can reach 145 speed with 150break and 56% outgoing healing for even crazier gallagher. He's nice to play as a 4star. He's bad as auto play though A.I. never uses his ult to heal for some reason..
@@MisterMenPlaysthe AI only uses ult when one of the teammate health is low enough, just like any other healer from my experience.

that'll double up if you give him more break, outgoing healing body and a couple levels in Talent and Skill! and btw if you attack with AoE skill/ult multiple enemies with bessoted you heal multiple times at once. That's quite interesting. overhealing all the time here
