    Used:
    2 packets of the Schwarzkopf bond enforcing Color remover
    120 ml of 7 vol developer
    I applied this to my green ends that ran it through the brown to start lightening the brown permanent colour I had on my hair before I properly bleached my roots to give the colour a little extra lift. It lifted really well over all.
    I really hope you enjoyed the video, please do like and subscribe.
    See you very soon in a brand new video and until then, stay colourful 😉
    Lots of love, Mia xx

    I used this remover on blue hair and it went kinda pinky like a rose gold? I’d love to see you try the remover on blue hair at some point x

    It actually works pretty well on greens and blues however - 7vol is nowhere near the level of developer you need.
    Should be a minimum of 10vol or 20vol for stubborn colours.

      I saw a girl use it with 7 vol and it worked pretty well so I thought I’d try it, next time I’ll use a higher developer but I’m trying to keep my hair healthy x

      I have very dark brown/black hair would this work? I have some 20 vol developer too that I could use up. Thanks

    did you add developer? It is bleach based and not to be applied on your roots. For dark colors it takes a few goes but not in a row, this says it lifts a few shades so dark green is just going to be softened

      Yes I did, I’ve used this product several times and always had really good results other than on green tones. Other people have had a similar experience so I think this product just doesn’t deal great with green. Also, I avoided my roots as it had developer so would lighten them, but I knew I’d be bleaching them anyway so wasn’t as picky as I would usually be about whether a bit of product got on them. In a different video of mine I used this product and it lifted brown box dye to a bright yellow in 1 application so it doesn’t require several uses, it just doesn’t fade well with green :-)

      @@miaharrison thanks for the reply, bleach baths have worked ok on mine. It was forest green. Different brands of remover seem to work on different brands of color besides different methods like vitamin c and dandreff shampoo I saw work on a woman with a full head of dark blue green hair and it was yellow in an hour but did nothing to me and a lot of her commenters. I wish my color's brand made a remover, Im trying punky color's brand I have Lunar Tides which I loved but it does last. Thanks for the reply

      Hey, I don’t have green hair anymore, a video after this shows how I dyed my hair bright pink to counter the green but I’ll bear this in mind if I ever have green again. Thanks for the tip! x

      @@abbey8584 yes. The green came out in one go. Ana I used just the powder and warm distilled water.

    Hey! Did this product damage your hair? And was your hair damaged prior to use?

    • @miaharrison
      @miaharrison  Před 2 lety +2

      Hey! My hair was healthy before using this and it was still absolutely fine afterwards, it didn’t damage my hair at all! You can see in my latest video (filmed the same day as using this colour remover) how healthy and bouncy my hair still is. Also, I used it on a friend with 20 volume and her hair was absolutely fine too xx

    Looks like perhaps this remover isn't great on green and blue tones- I had the same experience. Definitely lightened the colour but not as much as I expected x

      @@lily-vd4bqgreen is the worst colour to remove. Maybe next use a bright warm colour like red or copper to counteract it x

    It says don't process for more than 20 minutes on the box

    • @miaharrison
      @miaharrison  Před rokem

      Yes I know, but you leave it to process for 20 minutes after you’ve finished applying meaning the first area you applied it to processes for way longer than that (:

    Looks like it’s basically just bleach? No?

    • @miaharrison
      @miaharrison  Před rokem +2

      Bleach is way harsher than a colour remover so the remover is less damaging, I think it’s a good option for removing colour but it wouldn’t be good for, per say, for lifting roots x

    Eeeks you shouldn’t have to use on your natural hair

    • @miaharrison
      @miaharrison  Před rokem

      I didn’t on my regrowth but it was a low volume developer so it isn’t really damaging, far better than bleach :)
