Oh my, this eye look is STUNNING! I’m going to try to recreate it using other palettes I have. I was debating if I wanted to get this palette because it’s my kind of colors and it’s the most me out of the other norvina palettes, but I’ve been waiting for the new Jeffree Star collection to launch since I didn’t get blood lust, and it’s being revealed on Saturday, so I have to see what he’s giving first. I’ve been so sad because quarantine doesn’t leave me with anywhere to go with makeup, and I would usually do my makeup everyday for school.

That look came out GORGEOUS!! I can't for the life of me remember the name of the brush but a whole lotta people swear by this brush they sell at Michael's craft store for doing graphic liner. It has a light blue handle. Damn I wish I could remember because they say it's super cheap but works really nicely!

damn, i really like the look you made with this palette, I ordered it a few days ago and wanted to see what someone else managed to make with it, i'm glad you used the cake liner because I bought that too :D I love the neon yellow/green shade with the lilac purple!

I know I always say this but I just love your videos especially your reviews/tutorials because they are so detailed. You say what brushes you use, what technique etc and I appreciate that so much. I absolutely hate when people don’t mention the brushes or how they apply the certain shadows 😆
Aw!! I try to explain as best I can incase someone wants to follow! When I was first learning I always got upset trying to follow people because there were so many steps missing and Id get so lost!

I couldn't help it I got this pallet the day it launched which happened to be on my birthday so it was my birthday present to myself. It a beautiful pallet and I love the look u made it turned out so gorgeous. I would definitely love to see more looks using this pallet.

I agree with you; definitely makes me think of spring more than summer. This color story seems pretty close to the Natasha Denona Love palette- at least the pinks and purples. I think I would rather spend my money on ND. However, your looks are always amazing, and they make me think "I have to have this palette," or I think twice about buying palettes I would've passed up on. I'm so thankful you share your talent with the rest of us 🙂.

I dont normally like ABH palettes but this one caught my attention. As for the liners, I own all the water-activated ones from Glam Vice and love those. Theirs are only $8 each and they have about 25 different colors, between pastels, neons and dark shades. Im sure the formula is very similar but I have no use for more of those liners. Glad u like these tho! I like the stack, reminds me of Melt

@@BreyonnaFaye i know some more indie brands came out with water activated liners recently, but theres some controversy around it. Glam vice worked with a lab and the lab essentially sold the formula for wholesale. Idk all the details and I try to stay away from drama in the makeup community, but it did make me very loyal to the brand. Plus their shade range is soooo beautiful!

Gorgeous! I thought I only wanted the palette but now I want the neon yellow liner too 😩 I wish you could buy them separately. I also wanna work on my technique with the liners cuz I love that look too. Honestly I know I have the shades in the palette already lmao so maybe I’ll skip the palette and grab the liners!

If you like intense and sparkling shimmers girl please try the kaleidos. Which one do you have? The turquoise is the prettiest green I have...and the hot pink in the neon vr is amazing!!! As well as the orange. I am telling you, give them a shot. You will at least love the shimmers but I haven't had any problems with the mattes either. I got this palette for the light shimmers and the pastel purples. I hope I don't struggle.
I have all of them I believe! Im really drawn to the one that has the blues and orange in it! Its so cool! I dont think you'll struggle with it, for me the shadows in this one took zero effort to blend out. They're just really pigmented so you have to watch out depending on the type of look you want to do!
@@BreyonnaFaye oh ok cool I mean, I love abh and the norvinas they are among my favorite shadows on the market. As well as kaleidos actually. So blendable, so easy, and just really pretty results. You are so right it's great for beginners to learn how to blend with them. My game improved so much with my norvina palettes. I like Melt too, but agree with you on that their palettes seems repetitive to me. Not that they aren't stunning!!

@@BreyonnaFaye yeah that's what drew me to it. I am seriously lacking soft shimmers. I love my brights but I would like to start putting more dimension to my lid. And I need lighter shimmers for that.

Artist brushes work best for eyeliner. There’s a brush in particular called a rigger (in the UK anyway) sorry if it’s something else in the USA. Xxx

I bought the palette, and before norvina released this I bought the pastel liner bundle from glam vice cosmetics. I'm trying to get the hang of doing liner with water activated liners..
I recommend dipping your brush in water first and then mixing it into the cake liner! That's the best way I have found for myself so far!
That's what I've been doing as well. They almost seem hard to be precise with them. But it's a learning curve I suppose lol I never thought they would be harder than any other liner, but practice will make perfect just gotta keep using them. Also when you smoke out your bottom lash line with liner how far do you bring the actual liner down, I can never seem to get it to look so smoked out like yours does it's beautiful
The actual liner i apply to the waterline and go a little underneath where my lashes grow (maybe about a millimetre below the root of the lower lashes!) then i either take a pencil brush or a dense small shader brush and slightly smudge it out! Then before that sets I smoke it down with shadow!

uhhh in the pallet look kind of neutral but it is very vibrant you make me but the other ones tho I have to say can't wait to try once i get it and pls more looks I like pressed glitter no problems with it at all can you zoom in a little more so I can see more detail when you do the application thanks love your style

Lethal Kitten the OG Norvina palette is one of my favorites palettes ever, the metallic shades are to die for 💜 did you like that palette? I was wondering why you never did a look on your CZcams channel

Girl be careful. Half the shades in Norvina palettes are not eye safe. Straight from the description on Sephora’s website: Precautions:
-Shades A2, A3, B2, B3, B5, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, D1, D2, D4, E1, E4, and E5 are not intended for use around the immediate eye area.
That’s why I don’t buy them. Expensive AF and half the shades aren’t eye safe. All Norvina palettes are like this. Look under the “How to Use” section in Sephora’s descriptions!
Thanks for letting me know! I personally dont have irritations to red dyes though! From my understandings its a legal disclaimer since some people get irritation from certain dyes used in shadows (typically red shadows) and also the same dyes can sometimes stain the skin. Its very common with vegan formulas that opt to use certain dyes that can stain the skin instead of using carmine (ground up beetles). It doesn't mean you cant use it on your eyes, its just at your own risk :)

I hate the packaging of the liners. This is the exact same packaging that Tarte used for their 2019 Holiday Blushes/Highlighters.

So....Norvina copied Melt Cosmetics packaging. Rude
They arent similar at all. Norvina is much smaller with the pans and also is completely connected. Melts stacks come apart.
Plus Melt's is eyeshadow whereas these are liners.
