UK Police using excessive force on teenager *Full Video*

The police claim to be using "reasonable" force on the young boy but I see no reason to put him on the ground like that as there was no sign of resistance coming from him.
I was recently in a similar predicament a few months ago and nothing like that happened to me.
There's an underlying issue within the metropolitan police force that seems to be constantly swept under the rug and denied endlessly without fail.
