Absolutely enjoyable, had a great time watching it, even though I drove on some of these roads and I visited Sintra in 2015. It was wonderful there, spend many hours walking in the very big park. It is so green there, I relaxed totally while watching it after a hard work day. Thanks for sharing such beautiful drives, greetings from a fellow roadtripper and creator from Germany!

Sintra has a Great potential thanks to its natural landscape and historical buildings, castles, palaces, quintas. But everything in the city itself seems decaying, or showing poor architectural choices (60's, 70's, 80's buildings mostly) which is suprising for such a rich city. Northern Portuguese comparable towns I visited were much cleaner. Towns like Amarante or Guimaraes just look much better because of this.

Portugal un Pais lleno de sorpresas , desde Pueblos del estilo Gallego a Ciudades modernas , lo malo quiza las carreteras demasiado estrechas , pero desde luego muy bonito el video .
Gracias Fernando, en Sintra, sobre todo en la zona del Parque Natural, han intentado tocar lo minimo posible, de ahí la estrechez de la calzada...me encanto recorrerlo!!
As estradas são estreitas porque são antigas e enfiam-se entre propriedades privadas, sendo caro alargá-las. As estradas construídas em tempos mais modernos são mais largas.
A mesma coisa acontecia em Espanha, mas após a Guerra Civil a maioria das estradas foi destruída e, por isso, foram construídas estradas novas até dizer chega, a maioria mais largas!

As a local Tour Guide I was very disappointed by the very first image. You are driving on a one way street in the wrong sense. That road is abused by visitors that don't respect road signs and enjoy police kindness to strangers that endanger people's lives. That sense you are driving has a very narrow and sharp curve where cyclists are frequently passing not expecting to find a 4k image collector. Unless you own, live or were visiting a family in one of the centenary estate properties. Is that the case?
Wondering if I have the stomach to watch the rest and get almost one hour of irresponsible driving.
[EDIT] Searched that part of the footage in the video, to see how far you would go. You made a U-turn going inside the gardens of Seteais Palace and returned on the same road in the right sense. And you found road signs informing you that it was a one way road. But you filmed it driving in both directions. Sintra welcomes everyone with joy. But safety first!
Hello Mário, thank you very much for seeing it and for your comment, before starting to shoot, the police informed me that the road from Seteais at the height of the Hotel Tivoli to São Martinho was closed, and they recommended me to go to the palace and return by the same road, greetings!!

Strange this comes from a Portuguese. Talking about safety: Dear Portuguese please slow down in narrow streets, obey to stop at pedestrian crossings and turning lights. As a pedestrian one feels in danger every day, almost all of you seem to escape from an approaching Tsunami because that’s how you drive. Also dangerous overtaking with high speed in small residential areas just to meet you at the red light. Really?
