Agree with Dana. The UFC is a business but they are the number 1 promotion in MMA for a reason. Their safety and medical checks and their facilities are by far the best in the business. They talk about fighter pay, everyone wants more money no matter the industry. The fact is the UFC employs 600+ fighters and maybe 50 of those fighters across all weight divisions are in that elite earning bracket. Considering some of the guys ranked in the top 10 of each division earn $300-500k+ per year for showing up and fighting 2-3 times per year (which is what counts, as the UFC won't pay you unless you fight) and pay for your medical bills is insane. The UFC doesn't stop you from making money any other way whether that's business ventures, opening up your own store or product or even getting a normal job when you aren't fighting. The UFC only stops you from fighting in other promotions due to the contract that you signed. In my opinion there is no pay dispute and it should be end of discussion because everyone wants more money and if you aren't happy with the pay check maybe you shouldn't be in the business or you should find another avenue to make money. Thats what no one says is that these fighters are free to make money however they like when they aren't fighting.
Yea everyone complains about pay, should they make more, probably, but even the low if guys make way more than the like lower 70% of boxers, it's annoying how people always bring that up, yeah the top .5% are making a couple a mil a fight and goes down alot below that loo

This is similar to the college league of football compared to the NFL. Many times, the college teams play their hearts out in hopes of making it to the big leagues. Sometimes when people make it to the top, they become more reserved.
Love or hate Dana he always reminds us it’s not bout him or the ufc it’s always bout the fight this man deserves so much praise an love he’s his own man taking care of grown once worried about their health even his lowest ranked fighters ‼️💯
Wilder has selfish asskisser people on his team. They're not helping him improve himself. They're feeding his ego which is the last thing he needs now. Fury wins by domination.
Forget what fighter it was but one guy said the UFC always calls after fights and checks on the fighters. Engaging them in conversation and making sure they are ok.
Dana's passion for the fighting art, his work ethic towards the company, and his unfiltered response in front of the camera are next to none right now. Love him or hate him, but he doesnt hide who he is or what he thinks. He's a big part of why the UFC is where it is right now.

I think you said it best. 99/100 fury wins. But there is that small chance that wilder can put him out.
Wilder has a punchers chance at this point lmao
I think ima be watching his left glove slide up and down lmao
Gonna be another Gane vs Lewis type fight. Wilder does terrible when he's pressured and on the backfoot
As soon as wilder gets hit hard it will all come back to him his arse will fall out and he WILL get smashed.
Let's all appreciate Dana for as long as he's around. Most legendary sports boss around
I def think Dana should do the Triple C vs Volk fight!!!! I think that would do huge numbers!
Jon Jones slapping kids and slapping his fiance. The hero we all need.
Does anyone actually like wilder anymore ? Haha. I wonder how many excuses he will come up with this time.
His fans are scary delusional...
no
@Never surrender 🐝 he wins his fights no excuses. Wilder nut huggers are worse 🤮🤮🤮
Hell nah
He still thinks his ko power will win him fights, not against fighters that get back up.
Joe rogan interviewed Ortega? Man teleports now!?
How about FaceTime?
He’s Joe Rogan, when he hops on dmt, u can’t even imagine the things he can do
I never watch contender series lol it sucks. But I never miss a ufc ppv
I used to watch Tuesday night fights also was so awesome.
Holland is being an excellent example of how a man handles things, keep being a good example brother.
Wilder has selfish asskisser people on his team. They're not helping him improve himself. They're feeding his ego which is the last thing he needs now.
Fury wins by domination.
But he's in a ''violent mindset'', LOL!
@@TheStraightestWhitest I see. He already has a coping mechanism in place.
"I lost coz my violent mindset was too heavy".
Your regret your message if Tyson fury gets knocked out lol.
@@engima3196 arey mittu beta wo tab hoga jab Wilder acche trainers aur sparring partner kr ke saath training kar raha hota.
@@ashesofhopesinabonfireofdr6341 English my friend lol
hell nah!!
Oh yea😉
OH YEAH!!!
Oh Yeah!
Oh YEAH!!
Forget what fighter it was but one guy said the UFC always calls after fights and checks on the fighters. Engaging them in conversation and making sure they are ok.
The Super Hero part was dope
Fury decimates again

Jake Paul knocks out Dana White
Fury KO Wilder
Loma lost, right?
Gotta love Dana's conferences
Dana's passion for the fighting art, his work ethic towards the company, and his unfiltered response in front of the camera are next to none right now. Love him or hate him, but he doesnt hide who he is or what he thinks. He's a big part of why the UFC is where it is right now.
Company front men these days seem so robotic, won't make statements w/o conferring with their lawyers and PR reps. Most of what you get from Dana right or wrong is genuine.
Dana will consider that.. yeah he damn right should.. Henry vs Volko !! Damn that be a banger
13:35 Subject of the title .. you’re welcome
Big up Dana does the right things more often that not and always keeps it real
I honestly watch these videos just bc I fw Dana 💯
Dana "7000 fights n no serious injuries.."
Bisping "hold my eye"
1st person, huge fightfan,fight fan, I've ever heard reference Tues night fights,with Sean O'Grady.. Jesus,spectacle..could not wait 4 it weekly..on U.S.A. awesome
