Today’s duel is a fan favourite between Yugi and Strings from Battle City. The ending isn't as cool as the one in the anime but I'm quite happy with how it turned out. Enjoy!

The good ol' Maxx C challenge, except it's 2003 or whatever and you're in Battle City. And there is no Maxx C, but Card Destruction exists.

Funnily strings could have win equipped black pendant and then tribute the monster equip to it

Card Destruction was like the only out I could think of to win. And well a lot of people actually run the card when going against Maxx C and can special summon spam.

This is one of my favorite duels. i think if I was making this duel, I would have used De-Fusion on Humanoid Worm Drake to split it back to its materials in order to draw cards from Card of Safe Return.
Edit: Another alternate idea would be to use Magic Cylinder to use Slifer's ATK against him.
