I play with Echo since 3 days, love it. I posted a short video test on my CZcams channel. I used to play on a Selmer C85 120, and the Echo seems almost the same feeling to me as my C85 in terms of comfort, but Echo is easier to play, with less high harmonics, a more core and centered sound, projection, with the same sensibility, expressiveness and flexibility, more precision. A very good mouthpiece that improved playing. When I bought it, I tested it on Selmer Privilège, Muse, Récital, and my own old Selmer L series, plus a Buffet-Crampon Tradition : perfect match.

It might be helpful to demonstrate the sound of the mouthpiece in it's debut promo. Just sayin'.

Hi David, we thought people would enjoy looking at how a mouthpiece is made, and of course, we're working on other videos with musicians. But the best thing would be for you to try it, for real.

As usual .. one would think you'd initially hear it played, instead of a duduk, or clarinet sounding duduk

@@partticle2222, I agree - the background solo instrument was completely inappropriate, it sounded almost like a taragot!

Is this mouthpiece made by molded hard rubber or by milling rod rubber piece?

Apart from measuring 1.08mm and being entirely machine-made, what distinguishes this mouthpiece from the Concept or Focus?

@@emjay2045 That doesn't mean a thing! The quality of Selmer clarinet mouthpieces went down the drain hard and fast around 1970's. It will take Selmer decades to rebuild respect and appreciation for its clarinet mouthpieces.
