I became aware of, & immediately loved, Ativan when I was, like, 20…? I’m turning 48 next month. That’s a long time. I considered/still consider Ativan a sadder, more serious version of say Sweater Weather (the 1st band to use the name. Ryan Rapsys, Zac Conway, Paul Obrecht, & Kevin J. Frank. Not the alternative rock radio band that later stole the name.) I remain way into it. I needed this.
