Really glad to hear the BALTIMORE Colts fight song updated for the BALTIMORE Ravens. The spirit of Johnny Unitas, Raymond Berry, Lenny Moore et. al. lives on!
lol yea I understand the history but Seven Nation Army has unofficially taken its place. I don't like how all these other teams are trying to steal it though...
This is really helpful for learning the song, having the lyrics play along with the melody helps for those of us trying to learn it. I need to compete with my Eagles fans who have their own chant, and even tho it’s really tempting to just sub Ravens for Eagles, I’d rather use their own chant.
I first learned the song as, "Let's go you Baltimore Colts, and put that ball across the line!" The first Ravens fight song wasn't very good so I'm glad the melody was resurrected, though I wish the front office had more respect for the Marching Band like it did in the old days.
Binita Sharma well we benched our mvp and starting rb and most of our second strings will be playing so you can hope the Steelers win but I still got ravens by 10
@@joeshipley666 I’m aloud to bitch at my team for underperforming are you kidding me? You’re the bitch, you just sit there and take it when the team underperforms😂

Mr. Man yes it was .. owners back then didn't hold cities hostage for a stadium and modell wouldn't have had to pay huge relocation fees...ok you typical guilt ridden raven fan
It couldn't possibly be because the Baltimore Colts Marching Band became Baltimore's Marching Ravens in 1998 and staff from this band re-wrote the lyrics to fit the Ravens in 2010, could it? It's been the same band continuously operating from 1947 to now. It's not a knockoff if the band that played it for 50 years (1947-1997) re-wrote their own song. That happened after a new marketing staff realized the original Ravens Fight Song just didn't work, and that this uniquely connects the Baltimore Ravens to the Baltimore Colts. That, and Barry Levinson's ESPN 30 for 30 The Band That Wouldn't Die was filmed and released.
What a cheap remake of the true and real football team in Baltimore s fight song....they couldn't be anymore original?? Cheat on this like cheat in the super bowl like Jimmy Smith held Crabtree...
Actually this is the original because the band and song stayed in Balto. after the Colts left. In fact the band kept on playing this tune, even at other football games--I saw a video of the marching band playing the tune at halftime of another NFL team--all through the years until the NFL finally returned for the 1996 season. There is nothing fake about this theme song. What . . . do you expect the word "Colts" to be used in the song at a Ravens game? I miss the Colts being in Balto. as much as the next guy but this song is as original as it gets!

Yes, I first learned this with the Colt lyrics. But I’ve come to understand that “Baltimore” is the name that matters. Bleedat!

@@trueOGseries it started from soccer. Ravens didn't start it.
I like how tune includes a bit of the Maryland anthem
Before woke Democrats got rid of it. Certainly the names “Washington” and “Baltimore” are next because Washington and the Calvert family held slaves.
This has such a college sound
I watch this video every day and night
As a ravens fan, it’s the best song ever I mean if you don’t like it I’m OK, but Eagles and you’re my list too
Let the Ravens Marching Band outlast all of us. The NFL’s greatest entertainment tradition.
