Shira triggers in trash. So u can kill both and then shira triggers and enel is alteady gone, cause he cant trigger his replacement effect while he was on the field

Am I missing something or did he forget Enel lead effect in time? He should be able to lead Effect simultaneously with the 0 cost event.

not simultaneously. resolve first trigger then leader ability but you can use leader effect then true
