for Health, I find it easier to just re-equip my gear for the regen since I’d get the passive XP while still being able to do something else; alternatively can also farm Defense by blocking Boar King (since you still lose a little health after every block) or countering Remulus (since you’ll probably end up failing to counter a few times). this is only if you’re wanting to AFK, in which case it isn’t faster

The point of the macro is to make it Easier for someone and as long as you keep at it you can parry regulars consistently

If you want to grt more health xp you gotta go fishing, or kill bears to get beef and pork.
Then cook the ingredients, get damage, and eat the food when you are low for lots of xp

See one way I found leveling magic to 100 was really easy and afk, getting the healer blessing and having a friend or two afk with you in the healer bubble
