This music is legit the only reason I kept playing The Tower, eventually beating it. Good music in games like these are the reason I don't just set the game down after dying in the same room multiple times.

the frustration I'm having while grading right now seems to be a perfect match to the frustration I experience while playing that game. Seems like an appropriate song to have on loop. ...So many missteps.
I love how this is the theme for The Tower, which, while you'll die sometimes, isn't too bad. But it's still one of the most upbeat and encouraging songs in the game. Then you find out its true purpose. It was great having Veni Vidi Vici be here and not somewhere calmer like the overworld theme. Because you freaking need it.
Listen to Pushing Onwards and compare it with Positive Force. DTTHW uses Pushing Onwards. Also, DTTHW is located within Space Station 2, which uses the music of Pushing Onwards. There's no music change during the transition from Space Station 2 to DTTHW.
As a final piece of evidence, Positive Force has a few key changes. If you look at pretty much any video of DTTHW, there are no key changes in the music. Pushing Onwards IS very similar to Positive Force, however, so I can see how they get confused.
it's one of the easier trinkets in the game. i think it's hard at first when you die 200 times for the first attempt, but after that, it should be really easy.

If VVVVVV wasn't such a small title, he would fit perfectly in Smash 4 as DLC. Unfortunately, it's not going to be easy to get a indie char. in a Smash game as DLC, especially considering Nintendo only wants to make a Mewtwo DLC and nothing else. If Viridian gets in, Shovel Knight, Meat Boy, and a LOT of other characters will have to be added as DLC too. Not happening :/
pexium They wouldn't 'have' to be in. They would be highly requested, yes, but not have to be in. In this day and age, you don't have to do anything. You don't have to put any characters in a game as DLC that you don't want to. Shovel Knight as DLC would be really awesome though.

Yup those! I wanted to abandon it after landing on the spikes right next to the trinket, yet after attempting it for an hour and getting that close I just couldn't give up lol. Took about another hour before I finally got it.
oh lol! yeah maybe. but it'd be fun to try! and to see someone beat it without dying, or actually beating it at all in an arcade would be a sight to see! ;D that'd be some hardcore skills! totes mcgotes worth it!
