My 2024 Rules to protect my sanity and happiness:
- Run everyday after work
- save your energy for people you trust
- rely on others as little as possible
- stay away from drugs and alcohol at all costs
- stay away from processed foods
- journal about your accomplishments every Sunday
It’s been 1 month of this and it has transformed my life. I truly feel personal freedom and autonomy.

@smokingcrab2290 The point, tho is regardless when you're at your lowest, you have a big brother and father who will not forsake you. He who is of this world is not of the Lord, and he who is for the Lord is not of this world. Life isn't easy and as men we don't always get a happy life. Believing and walking daily speaking to him when at your lowest can being peace to the soul. Or at least I'd like to think and have experienced. Don't lose hope.
To believe is to pick up that cross and be a true servant to the people as Jesus did. We try and replace true happiness with material wealth when true happiness is seeing someone who didn't have something they needed have it. Or helping someone, life is fickle try and have a good day and weekend the warm season is here 😊

Us chosen ones can live in joy and have fun everyday. However, this only works if the priorities are made a priority. Start cheking off that list of to-do's. Start with what needs to get done first, even if it's the hardest item and has been put off the longest. This is what separates a successful person from a failure.

How many years does it take to get that big? Arms are almost as big as my legs. The hardest part I have is diet and switching it up to keep everything growing. I’ll get lean and build some but nothing even close to the mass you’re carrying around. Your bone structure doesn’t look unusually stout so we would be similar sized I think if you weren’t a monster.
