It is relevant but you should give math placement test like you could get ur visa but after reaching here you need to take test in order to get courses pre calculus and calculus is needed

Most probably yes.
Which laptop is good for this degree
It depends on the program, for instance a business administration student won't require anything more than a simple windows 10 or less with avg Ram but an architect students or IT student might require more

Doing an associate degree (2 years) can we apply for PR under express entry? As you said we only get the degree after 4 years. So I got a bit confused.
After you had done associate of 2 years you will work for a year for experience and then you are good to go you can apply for pr and after that you can get your bachelor...
