Stoneville, NC has a jam!
Reedy & Ray every other Tuesday. Everyone showed up for this one so we split up and had an outside jam and an inside jam.
If you hear me talk about bluegrass for more than 30 seconds I’ve probably told a you about the people that make up the bluegrass world. Last night was a cherry on top. Truett asked George if he could play his bass and without a second of delay he was adjusting it down to Truett level. Of course the next song they called was Ole Slewfoot. Probably not the first song you want to experiment on bass with lol. George had already joined back in the jam on Truett’s guitar so Allen came over and walked Truett through it. I’m telling you, the bluegrass world is made up of some of the finest people to ever exist.
