In this video we talk about ground force and leg drive and how you can train both of these by using the King of the Hill. A side effect of training ground force and leg drive with the King of the Hill is that you will be able to pitch faster.

Love your Pitching 365.2 program! We implemented last winter for our off-season training. I bought a KOTH directly from the company's website, so is there a way I can get get access to your KOTH program?
I bought king of the hill a couple of months ago and, although it seems to be helping my son, I still can't figure out how to get the videos that are mentioned here as well as in the package that was mailed to me with the trainer. The package in question had instructions on how to access those videos from your website, but I'm guessing the website has been modified and the videos are no longer available. Do you have to put the edge of your foot on top of the rubber in order to make this work? Or can you put your foot on the side, against the rubber, and make it work?
