For those wondering, Eastern Orthodox churches use the Julian calender. That is why Christmas and Easter (most of the time) are different dates
Well yes but in this case Christmas Day is the same but it's another holiday which is more significant to Eastern Orthodox which is why they exchange presents on the 7th
