A judicial proceeding is a two way process- If the judge is not willing to grant enough time to petitioner, then justice will be compromised regardless of the efficiency of petitioner to argue his case. A person with less knowledge can be full of confidence but that doesn't make him eligible for anything. Aur rahi baat court me aat krne ki judge bhi insan hota hai koi ghost nahi jisse sab darte ho. Courtroom jake dekho judges kafi friendly hote hai aur sunte bhi hai bs unko oversmart log na mile aur pakdi gayi chalaki ko justify na kre advocate.
