Here's a clip from our new interview with the 13-year-old, Austin TX rapper, cl4pers. He talks about Travis Scott wanting to sign him to Cactus Jack, and how he received a DM from Travis which he immediately forwarded to his management. Cl4pers says him and Travis Scott are “locked in” and that once he showed his mom the message, he felt like she recognized that he reached “a whole nother level of success”.
