材料：（2人份）
- 200克 免治牛肉
- 2碗 飯
- 2隻 蛋
- 1/2個 洋蔥
- 4粒 蒜頭
- 4湯匙 蕃茄汁
- 2湯匙 生抽
- 1茶匙 喼汁
- 1茶匙 糖
- 500毫升 雞湯
- 香葉少許（可免）
- 鹽(調味)
- 1茶匙 老抽
- 生粉水（1湯匙生粉和2湯匙水混合）
醃料：
- 1湯匙 生抽
- 1湯匙 蠔油
- 1茶匙 糖
- 1茶匙 生粉
- 2湯匙 水
Ingredients:(2 serving)
- 200g Minced Beef
- 2 bowls Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 Garlic
- 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 500ml Chicken Broth
- A little Bay Leaves (optional)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- Cornstarch water (1 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp Water)
Marinade:
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Water
