Ingredients:
300g Enoki Mushrooms
One medium size onion
Small size carrots
Handful of onion leaks
2 pcs. Chili (red/green)
2 eggs
1 tbsp.oil
2 tbsp.flour
1 tsp. Ground black pepper
Oil for frying
For the dipping sauce:
You can dip it with soy sauce mix with little vinegar and chilli flakes or
Tomato ketchup or
Mayonnaise
