We are Eteuati Ete and Tofiga Fepulea’i. Together we are the Laughing Samoans. The first show we ever did was a show called Laughing With Samoans back in February 2003. That show was such a success we abbreviated and adopted the name - the Laughing Samoans. Since then we've toured a new show every year, playing to packed houses throughout New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific and North America.

*Not being familiar w/ the culture I'm curious to know if Samoans & or Polynesian people prior to European contact physically punished their children?* I'm truly interested becuase in my culture it seems fairly common as well but it seems to be a practice that was adopted only after we came into contact w/ European missionaries (spare the rod spoil the child). Maybe what we think of as _ours_ isn't truly our culture afterall.
