Straight to the point instead of beating around the bush. Realize how much time was wasted paying to watch glamorous cooking shows which conveniently dodged by making the recipe complex so much so the trial was not as tasty as was potrayed. These cooking shows and tourist programs are pure honesty and one can confidently learn. And the cleanliness _ Wow! Who wants to see kitchen counters cluttered with modern gadgets but instead the simplest of utensils and thorough washing of veges, fruits and non veg. I tried this recipe and it turned out yummy! everyone really enjoyed it. I made tiny changes to the recipe by adding 5 green chillis and 2 tsp red chili powder. Instead of tbsp I went by tsp for chilli, coriander and perumjeerakam powder. I added chopped cilantro also in the end. This recipe is iconic. Romba thanks.
