i think it always had lore but u had to glitch out the map but people just starting finding out about it so i think they're adding onto it more fs ahah
@@quell1017 the first time when this game released never has any lore, it wasn't until April 2024 where u could see the (real) Lana crying. When the new map released u can see Lana now have jean but not the skirt. In the first ver of the game when u glitch out u might seen some unreleased item or any scrapped item.

@@angel-cp1qxFULLY A GUESS BUT- the game creators probably added it as an april fools joke, (the book that starts off the lore) but no one noticed it on april 1st (considering most players at that time weren’t these big streamers, older ages, etc) so they must’ve just kept it in and then later someone older found it and made it into lore by creating some kind of story, and the creators of the game must’ve seen that and was like wait that’d be a fun thing to add. Then it snowballs cause you wanna keep finding more stuff and the creators wanna add more.

@@Brendanowl This is just gender roles. Usually fashion games are more targeted towards a female audience because girls are taught to like and have their hobbies dedicated to that. Games like Arsenal show a male character on the thumbnail because that is the target audience. Of course this doesn't mean males can't like dress-up games and females can't like fighting games, it is just what they are taught to like and enjoy which they will most likely do.
Interestingly enough, Lana's group/cult "saudade" it's a word in Portuguese that is referring to a feeling. It's akin to "missing something", either missing someone, nostalgia, grieving etc. I think maybe that could tie into all the theories later.
Next thing you know, there'll be a rival group called Ennui. Better bring out the "Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows" for this game!
There was an update lately, there's now a key with her name in the secret room.

I love ARGs, especially ones that break the fourth wall. The idea of taking a simple NPC and literally making them someone replaced by a mimic with a whole backstory is so creative. I wonder if there’s ever going to be a way to “save” Lana.

So I’ll explain the first part and some other things: Lana has a medical condition, (not sure what it is) and she couldn’t afford it, so she was in debt, Gigi (the owner of dti) offered her to work at the nail station and would pay off her debts and Lana accepted, but soon after the accepted, she found out their secrets and started to tell people, and yk Gigi kinda kidnapped her.
Explanation for the missing posters: so the people who are are on the missing posters (MOTOPRINCESS, DiarBenOffical, and submiscy.) all worked for Gigi too, and they tried to help Lana, but Gigi k!lled them.
The questionares: so, the questionares, are like meet and greets and a Q&A mixed, and so Lana holds a questionnaire every now and then, she usually bring one of the people who work for her with her, and if one of her like workers disobey her, she will k!ll them at a questionnaire, so one time she held a questionnaire once and two of the people who work for Lana (Nelly and Rafael, I think) decided they had enough of Lana, or her clone of whatever and decided to k!ll lana, and Nelly and Rafael got put into the rank traitor in her like suadade group.
Tell me if I got anything wrong, I just now started learning abt it.
Ps: and yes, suadade or whatever is a group that basically works for Lanas doppelgängers.

That's actually smart, make a game when the most popular fashion game is at it's downfall, wait for it to be popular, add an April fools update slightly hinting some lore, and then make it more intense.
I also have a theory:
So you know how there are multiple doppelgängers. Maybe they were replaced bye another cuz they told people about what was happening????? So what I mean is when Lana told people what the group was doing they replaced her and maybe that doppelgänger got replaced by another cuz they told too? So it’s ever going.
If you want more info on the Lana lore, I'd suggest watching callmehaley!!. She's ome of the CZcams lana is "after" and Hayley has been in many scary questionnairs showing secrets.

Detail that might be important: the name of Lana's group is "Saudade" and, at least in portuguese (brazilian here) it refers to a feeling of missing someone or something. Like a longing to be reunited with someone you are found of or about a past time/experience.
imagine if the flesh thing with the key inside is the key to the place lana is being hidden and the monster is there to make sure she doesn't do anything bad

Most of the lore are scattered in callmehhaley's videos about the lore bc shes close w the devs and theres way more than this 12 minute vid.
There are two chapters of the lore, one is abt her making a cultband killing the devs and others in the cult. Lana dies. Srry for spoiling...
Second chapter is abt one of the lana dopplegangers and a new leader armegeson or something like that creating the monster in the picture with lana. The monster is used to feed on then ppl who they sacrificed
Some of the ppl in the cult are against lana. There are more groups other than the saudade. I think the saudade is an old group and i think that whole thing got resolved in chapter one. Two members went to defeat lana but one died and the other managed to kill her.
I dont know what are the groups but i know u can be apart of one and there are other higher rank groups that u can maybe enter and they get somewhat feautured in the lore.
Also y am i laughing so hard i shouldnt be.
UPDATE: it was in chapter one where BOTH members kill lana THEN in the next chapter is where lanas doppelganger gets revenge and managed to kill one of them

The flesh room has vanished you can’t go in in there anymore. The fake Lana got fired. All the hidden Lana’s have disappeared and there is a secret room with the real Lana locked in a cage however I have figured out that you can find the key that was in the flesh room and unlock the cage that Lana is trapped in

This remember me to this other video i saw recently about another arg Roblox game fashion based, Fashion Diva,
Yoo Saudade! I have a username that is "Saudaded" it's definition is "a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia that is supposedly characteristic of the Portuguese or Brazilian temperament."
I wonder if it's definition has anything to do with the group itself.

I hardly can’t say she’s a roblox myth which is one of those horror args at first games, but now slightly controversial and now unpopular groups in roblox. But I can say that her appearance is a well made horror-mystery simulation that just hints her or themselves in a game popular and loved by all, putting themselves out for players who may had a keen eye game lore.
