what saw blade do you use on your saw? do you use a speed controller to step down the speed on it?
I am using the thin kerf "result" blade from hisglassworks.com. No speed controller

What is the Ultrasonic bath for?
its for cleaning the microscopic bits of glass dust still remaining in the murrine chips.

haha..yeah its normally not the technique one would use on a table saw, but these diamond blades don't even go through the latex gloves so its pretty safe.
Coud I ask what saw you put the thinner "result" blade onto?
