He's well spoken. Clear and eloquent. Knows music already even at his age. The things i noticed about him as per this interview are, he loves music,but, he's not serious about some aspects of the industry. He still has a lackadaisical attitude towards music. But, with time, he'll see things better and will understand and blend because he as no choice but to tune in and do what others are doing. He can't do without those stuffs in music.
You mean to say he's lackadaisical about chasing the fame and numbers. He's focused on building an organic audience which is why he can sell out tour numbers that other artists who chase those seeming hit numbers can't do.
