As a person who has anaphalactic reactions to sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, tree nuts, and shellfish, an allergy goes like this.

I have allergies I didn't have them all my life for some reason I have them now I also come here and they're reading this and you don't understand you buy a bag of frozen fish it says shrimp but if you read the back of the package there's 2 to 3 other chemicals in there it's not just shrimp so anybody that buys shrimp be sure to turn it over and read it if you see 2 other things there which are chemicals you have any allergies even a lot analogies in relaxing if it's not safe to eat
I agree w u i didnt have allergies as a kid as a new born yes from what my mom said formula but that got changed.....im in my mid 30s now n now im allergic to 3 things and my face is full of red bumps when i went to the dr they didnt give me anything to take which i felt they should have the bumps come n go but when i have them they itch burn n become scabs i feel like they even pulse...they look horrendous to the point that when i go to the bathroom i dont look at myself in the mirror anymore...i do have regular otc medicine but feel like they dont work i had to buy a new one allegra for hives. But no results yet...what makes me wonder is if my heart is working extra hard bc of my bad allergies im allergic to milk eggs n dogs i have 3 of those...i just can't get rid of them had them for years there family i have had swollen tongue and irritating ear n throat but never have i ended up in the er..but am scared every day bc i felt chest pain a few times so idk if my heart is working extra on the allargy issues ...idk much but want to know more is all new fo me but i wish i knew more of what others take for thier allergies

If you're a man, make sure to get your testosterone levels checked. Low testosterone causes allergy like symptoms in me.
